July 2013

July began with my step-daughter staying with us for a short while along with her dog, Bonnie.  Some good weather later in the month saw us do a 12km hike from Mount Ulriken to Mount Fløyen in brilliant sunshine and the end of the month saw us fly off on holiday…

A very happy cruise ship pays a visit to Bergen.
Another happy character splashed all over a wall in central Bergen.

A view of the Bergen Fjord near the end of our hike.
Some beautiful weather in late July beside the local lake.

  1. Bergen is one of amazing places in the world, and worth to visit. Fascinating me her landscape with the mountains and sea… These are beautiful photographs dear Mjollnir, but the star of this post is Bonnie 🙂 Blessing and Happiness to you all, Thank you, love, nia

  2. I remember many of these from their first posting … I really, really love the waterlily photo … and the one looking out over the valley. Beautiful.

    1. Thanks John. The weather’s been atrocious here so I haven’t taken a photo in about ten days so I figured a review of the year would keep me ticking over although there are lots of summer photos I can use and holiday shots too. Let’s hope for an improvement in the weather soon! 😀
