Word a Week Photo Challenge: Silhouette

With a recent post about the ‘Jesus Duck’ and now this you’d be forgiven for thinking that I’ve become infected by religion.  Dream on!

There is no denying however that the symbols of the great religions of the world are powerful cultural icons and that the religions themselves have been the source of much of the greatest architecture and works of art in Europe and Asia and ultimately much of the world.

If you look closely you’ll also see an electricity pylon in the background – this doesn’t mean I worship the Greek electricity board…
